Scope of the accessibility statement

Costa Edutainment SpA is committed to making its website, ticket.acquariodigenova.it , accessible in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882 of the European Union, dated 17 April 2019, "on the accessibility requirements of products and services"). This declaration refers to that website.

Details on the evaluation methodology

The evaluation was carried out through an accessibility audit conducted with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

The analysis included a combination of:

  • advanced automatic tools (MAUVE – Multiguideline Accessibility and Usability Validation Environment)
  • review of code conformance according to WCAG 2.1 AA criteria
  • testing with assistive technologies, including: screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnifiers, etc.

The analysis involved the site's main flows, in particular the pages representing the templates used.

Compliance status

The analysis showed partial compliance with the WCAG 2.1 AA standard. Costa Edutainment SpA is committed to implementing the necessary corrective actions to resolve the identified critical issues.

The site has an average accessibility percentage of 92% (a measure based on the number of techniques evaluated positively compared to the total number of testable techniques) and an evaluation completeness of 79% (percentage of techniques for which validation was possible).

  • 2.4.7 – Lack of full visibility of focus on interactive elements
  • 3.2.2 – Missing submit button for at least one form field
  • 4.1.2 – Some input fields have no accessible name
